Blue Spruce Media aims to to provide the agents of Grand Junction and the Western Slope area with exceptional real estate media services that exceed their expectations. We aim to be the go-to source for all of our clients' real estate media needs. We are committed to building long-term relationships with the agents we serve by consistently delivering excellent service and always going above and beyond to meet their needs. The following policies are in place to ensure that we, as Blue Spruce Media, are able to provide smooth and efficient services consistently to each client. For any questions, please contact us at (970)-902-2662. 

Refund Policy

Blue Spruce Media does not offer refunds for any purchases or accept returns. Canceled appointments that have been paid for may be eligible for credit on the client's account. In the event that a reshoot is requred due to, but not limited to, the property not being ready, changes to decor, or additional media requests beyond the scope of our original work, a small fee may be applied at the discretion of Blue Spruce Media. 

Delivery Policy

Blue Spruce Media aims to deliver real estate media photography and videography within 24 hours of the appointment time. Deliverables will be provided through our online platform or a Dropbox link. We highly recommend downloading and storing your media assets, as we regularly purge media from our servers for efficiency. 

Cancellation Policy

Blue Spruce Media understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We strive to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling appointments. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee at the discretion of Blue Spruce Media. In the case that the appointment location requires a travel fee, the travel fee may be added to the cancellation fee.
